I just remembered a good tip that I read on one of the forums that I follow and it really, really works! I'm all about supporting new technology (that's why I have an Expo Disc), but this is the easiest thing to do to get a custom white balance - easier than the expo disc! Use 9 flat bottom coffee filters - the white ones! Read your camera manual on how to get a custom white balance 1st! Go to the menu, select the custom white balance, put the coffee filters over the lens (all 9 at once), point in the direction of the light source of your photography, press the shutter button and your camera should tell you the custom white balance capture was successful! Now you have your custom white balance and you can capture the images correctly and not spend so much time correcting in front of the computer! Something else to pack in the camera bag - but if you forget it - it's very inexpensive to replace!!
A personal journey of the experiences and photographs and latest photographs that I've taken that have moved me to take them in the first place. I love art, the changing technology and the creativity of all of it. I'm going to be expanding with a create, share, experiment and experience the joy it brings to others philosophy. Comments welcome!

New Blog and inspiration for the new year
Well, it's a new year and this time I'll be blogging at least weekly. After a fantastic vacation and much needed break from it all, I'm more energized to get started again with the business end of doing business! The website completion is first on the agenda and hopefully the rest will fall into place - got my list going of things to do. It's going to be a great year!
